The fastest way to reach the maintainer is [email protected]. Use it for bug reports, policy or privacy questions, removal requests, and anything about this site that looks wrong.

This site is maintained by one developer, not a support team. Mail is read and answered on a best-effort basis, usually within a few days — there is no service level agreement and no live chat.

What to include in a bug report

Conversion happens inside your own browser, so we never see the file that failed. The more of this you send, the more likely the report turns into a fix:

• The container and codecs: run `mediainfo your-file.mp4` (or ffmpeg -i) and paste the output.
• Browser and OS version, for example Chrome 141 on macOS 15.1.
• File size, and whether other files convert fine on the same machine.
• The exact error text, or what happened instead of an error (stalled progress bar, silent failure).

Format and feature requests

Requests for a new input container or output codec belong in GitHub issues, where the discussion stays public and searchable. If you report a format that should work but does not, attach a short sample file or its mediainfo output.

Do not email video files

Please do not attach media to your message. The converter never uploads anything, so we have no way to receive, store, or recover your file — and no reason to. Describe the file instead.
